LumenFlow Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to LumenFlow ("Service"), a platform that enables scheduling and automation of Lumen Internet On-Demand services.
By accessing or using LumenFlow, you ("User," "Customer,"" or "Tenant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
LumenFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows users to:
-	Schedule provisioning and de-provisioning of internet services
-	Automate bandwidth scaling
-	Monitor usage and costs
-	Manage multiple users and tenants
LumenFlow integrates with APIs provided by Lumen Technologies but is an independent platform.

3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
-	Create an account
-	Provide accurate and complete information
-	Maintain the security of your credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Multi-Tenant Use
LumenFlow supports multiple organizations ("Tenants"). You agree:
-	Not to access or attempt to access another tenant's data
-	To manage your users responsibly within your organization
-	That your organization is responsible for all actions taken by its users

5. Use of Third-Party Services
LumenFlow relies on third-party services, including Lumen Internet On-Demand.
-	You are responsible for any costs incurred through those services
-	LumenFlow is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or failures of third-party services
-	Your use of Lumen services is subject to their own terms and conditions

6. Billing and Charges
-	LumenFlow may charge subscription or usage-based fees (if applicable)
-	You are responsible for all charges incurred through Lumen Internet On-Demand provisioning initiated via the platform
-	Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
-	Use the platform for illegal activities
-	Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
-	Circumvent security controls or tenant isolation
-	Abuse API limits or automation features

8. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:
-	Continuous uptime
-	Immediate provisioning (dependent on Lumen systems)
-	Error-free operation

9. Data & Security
We implement reasonable security measures, but you acknowledge:
-	No system is 100% secure
-	You are responsible for safeguarding credentials
-	You must notify us of any unauthorized access

10. Intellectual Property
All rights to LumenFlow, including software, branding, and content, are owned by the platform provider.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-	LumenFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-	We are not responsible for costs incurred via Lumen services
-	Total liability is limited to fees paid to LumenFlow in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumenFlow from any claims arising from:
-	Your use of the Service
-	Your violation of these Terms
-	Your misuse of third-party services

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
-	You violate these Terms
-	You fail to pay applicable fees
-	Your use poses risk to the platform or other tenants

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota.
